Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, please email info@madewithasmile.co.uk or use our contact form with your order details.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• We will refund return postage only if the item is faulty or incorrect

Personalised Items:

Due to the custom nature of personalised products (including items engraved with names, dates, or custom text), these cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
