Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. 

Dispatch Times:

• Standard items: Dispatched within 1–3 working days
• Wax melts: Made in small batches; please allow an additional 1–2 working days
• Personalised items: Made to order; dispatch within 3–5 working days

Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you via email. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
