Grandma Wooden Heart Plaque – Only the Best Mums Get Promoted

A thoughtful new grandma gift, this handmade wooden heart plaque celebrates the moment a mum becomes a nan, nana, nanna, gran, granny or grandma. Choose your recipient wording and up to five small owl embellishments to represent children or grandchildren. It makes a lovely birthday, Mother’s Day or Christmas gift, or a keepsake for a new grandmother.

This decorative hanging plaque features a larger owl to represent grandma, with smaller owl embellishments used to represent the children or grandchildren. Up to 5 smaller owls can be added to suit the family. The owls and decorative embellishments may vary in colour and style, giving each plaque its own handmade character.

Made from 12mm MDF and finished in a soft neutral style, this heart-shaped plaque is lightweight and easy to hang from the attached string. It is a lovely piece for bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, nurseries or cosy spaces around the home.
