Are your wax melts safe to use around pets?
Wax melts should always be used responsibly. Keep warmers out of reach of pets and ensure rooms are well ventilated. If you have concerns about specific sensitivities, consult a professional.
Do you use glass or plastic in your frames?
Our boxed frames use a clear Perspex front, which looks like glass but is lightweight and shatter-resistant.
Will the engraving look exactly like the photo?
We engrave exactly what is entered when ordering. Please double-check spelling, dates, and formatting before checkout.
Can I see a preview before my item is made?
We don’t automatically send proofs, but if you need one for a complex order, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Why might my wood engraving look lighter or darker?
Wood is a natural material, so grain and tone vary. This means engraving colour can differ slightly from photos, making each piece unique.
How do I care for engraved wooden products?
Wipe clean only. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher, as moisture can damage natural wood.
What if I made a mistake in my personalisation?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to help. Once made, personalised items cannot be changed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue.
Are colours exactly as shown in photos?
We aim for accurate images, but screen settings and lighting can cause slight colour differences.
Do you include invoices in parcels?
No pricing is included in parcels, making them suitable for gifting.
