Shipping Policy
We endeavour to get your delivery to you as soon as is possible and all postage is calculated depending on weight of items and will be shown on the checkout page.
Our bespoke items such as pictures and plaques will take that little bit longer as you'd expect.
We do make our soy wax melts in small batches to ensure you are receiving the freshest possible product and on occasions we may be a couple of days longer than usual.
If this is the case we will contact you and let you know when to expect them.
The monthly subscription soywax melt service renews on the first of the month with the cut off date being the 20th of the month and you should receive your parcel within 5-7 days of renewal.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with any part of the service or products received then please get in contact at info@madewithasmile or contact us via the contact form with the reason why and we will be in contact asap. Bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Carriage will only be refunded for returned goods that are deemed faulty.
